Monthly retirement benefits, programmed withdrawals, or annuity.

Death benefits for survivors.

Affordable health insurance for active and retired lecturers.

This model addresses the gaps seen in institutions, provides healthcare coverage, and aligns with best-practice global frameworks adapted for Nigeria’s context.
