Audu Innocent Ogbeh was a Nigerian farmer, playwright, and politician who served as the minister of agriculture and rural development from 2015 to 2019. He died on Saturday, August 9, 2025. He was chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party from 2001 until January 2005.

Nigerian telecom provider 9mobile has formally changed its name to T2. The T2 was unveiled on Friday at the “Tech Meets Tenacity” launch event, which was hosted at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos. Obafemi Banigbe, the CEO of Emerging Markets Telecommunication Services Limited (EMTS), said during the rebranding event that the company’s rebranding initiative marks “the beginning of a bold new chapter.”
